"We had a bad experience with another carpet company that ended up canceling on us at the last minute. I contacted Julie and asked if she could provide an estimate and she said how does tomorrow sound? I was very excited. She came and showed us samples and was very knowledgeable on, all aspects of the carpet and the installation. We picked the color we wanted, and the estimate was actually cheaper than the first company who backed out. We asked when we could have it installed and she said how does next Saturday sound? The installers showed up on time were very professional and did an amazing job. They also ensured that all the furniture was put back together properly and cleaned up all the mess.
